Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and insightful responses to client inquiries while escalating complex matters as necessary.
- Leverage your expertise to resolve client issues, update account information, and ensure effective follow-up for resolution confirmation.
- Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production goals.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve inquiries and contribute to the training of new team members.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service efficiency by recommending procedural improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service with a focus on call center protocols.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Medicaid/Medicare.
- A background in healthcare is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with web browsers (Edge/Chrome).
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to complete a Harver Assessment during the interview process to assess communication skills, multitasking proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.

- Salary range: \(27,200 - \)38,900 per year, with base pay influenced by geographic location, experience, and other relevant factors.
